Dr. Harold E. Puthoff

Dr. Harold E. Puthoff (born 1936) is a Stanford-trained quantum physicist and one of the most influential researchers in the UAP and consciousness research field. He directed the CIA-funded Remote Viewing program 'STARGATE' at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) from 1972 to 1985. As an advisor to the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) — the predecessor to AATIP — he had access to classified documents about non-human intelligence (NHI). In May 2026, he publicly stated that at least four distinct NHI species have been recovered from crashed UAPs, based on testimony from individuals directly involved in recovery operations. He is a co-founder of To The Stars Academy (TTSA) and a close colleague of Dr. Eric W. Davis.
