Dr. Hal Puthoff: 4 NHI Species from UAP Recoveries — CIA Researcher Confirms

Dr. Harold E. Puthoff is no ordinary UAP witness. As a Stanford-trained quantum physicist, he directed the CIA-funded Remote Viewing program STARGATE at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) from 1972 to 1985 — a program that demonstrably existed and is documented through CIA records. As an AAWSAP advisor, he had access to classified documents about NHI.

On the podcast 'The Diary of a CEO' with Steve Bartlett (May 15, 2026), he stated: 'People who have been involved in recoveries have said there are at least four types. Four separate types. Now I have not had direct access to that but I believe the people who I talked to — four separate types of life.'

The four described species:
• GRAYS: Small, large eyes, hairless — classically depicted in Close Encounters
• NORDICS: Human-sized (~6 ft), strongly human-like, northern European appearance
• REPTILIANS: Scaly skin, tail, upright walking, human-sized (~6 ft)
• INSECTOIDS/MANTIDS: Bug-like humanoids resembling a praying mantis

Dr. Eric W. Davis — Puthoff's longtime colleague and former AAWSAP colleague — had already named these four species in 2025 at a UAP Disclosure Fund meeting attended by Rep. Nancy Mace, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, and Rep. Eric Burlison. Filmmaker Dan Farah (Age of Disclosure) reports that a witness cancelled just before an interview saying: 'After further consideration and long talks with my wife, I decided I'd be forfeiting my life if I participated in your interview.'

David Grusch testified under oath in Congress in 2023 that the US is in possession of 'non-human biologics' recovered from dozens of crashed UAPs.
