(3) Uri Geller, 1971–2026: described as CIA-tested; he affirms Nine contact and a connection to Eshed. (4) Gene Roddenberry, 1974–1991: Lab Nine participant who is said to have used the Nine as a template for Star Trek. Bashar describes an 'Interstellar Alliance' (formerly: 'Association of Worlds') with 452 member civilizations — Pleiadians, Sirius, Arcturus, Mantis, Tall Whites, all hybrids. Directly quoted (Step One, 2024): 'In some senses, yes [the same as the Galactic Federation]. There is more than one Galactic Federation.' On Prime Directive: 'We do not intervene with developing civilizations beyond a certain point until they themselves express a willingness to interact.' On humanity: 'Earth is one of the next ones [to join].' Bashar has never directly addressed The Nine/Schlemmer/Puharich — the structural congruence arose independently. In 1998, a Bashar community member described a dream in which Bashar called a black triangle a 'gateway to the Council of Nine': 'It will always connect you with nine civilizations, but they will not always be the same nine.'
