Dr. Steven Greer
CSETI Founder · Disclosure Project · CE-5 Protocol · Buga Sphere Key Representative
Dr. Steven Greer is an emergency physician and founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI, 1990) and the Disclosure Project (2001). On May 9, 2001, he organized a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. with over 20 former military, government, and intelligence personnel who reported UAP experiences under oath — one of the most-watched disclosure events prior to the Grusch hearing in 2023. He developed the CE-5 protocol (Close Encounters of the 5th Kind): structured consciousness practices for actively initiating contact with non-human intelligence (NHI). Documentaries: 'Sirius' (2013, featuring the Atacama Humanoid), 'Unacknowledged' (2017, Netflix), 'Close Encounters of the 5th Kind' (2020). Controversial: critics accuse him of spreading unverified claims and instrumentalizing whistleblowers. Supporters regard him as an important catalyst for institutional disclosure efforts. Regarding the Buga Sphere (2025): Greer describes 'electrogravitic fields' as an indication of anti-gravity technology, links the 2.3 Hz EM emissions to UAP archival data, and was present during analyses with congressional representative Eric Burlison. Connection to Emery Smith: Greer appears together with Smith in the Sirius film (2013) — both examined the Atacama Humanoid. On June 30, 2026, he also published a self-written global statement for world leaders and whistleblowers; it documents his position but is not an independent confirmation of extraterrestrial life.
