Preston Dennett

Preston Dennett is an American UFO researcher, MUFON field investigator, and author of 30 books and over 100 articles on UFOs and paranormal phenomena. He began in 1986 as a skeptic, when he discovered that his family, friends, and colleagues had experienced dramatic, inexplicable encounters. Since then he has interviewed hundreds of witnesses. His books are multiple Amazon UFO bestsellers and have been translated into German, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Icelandic. He is a MUFON field investigator and has appeared on numerous radio and TV programs (Coast-to-Coast, Art Bell, History Channel Ancient Aliens, UFO Hunters). His best-known work: 'Symmetry: A True UFO Adventure' (Blue Giant Books, 2022) — the book about Dolly Safran, a generational contactee and hybrid pilot. He has documented over 500 UFO cases in Southern California (UFOs over California, Schiffer 2005; UFOs over Topanga Canyon, Llewellyn 1999). At a Reddit AMA (November 2024): 'Contactee Dolly Safran has stated unequivocally that it is not ET doing this, but...' — Dennett emphasizes the complexity of the hybridization question. Additional works: The Healing Power of UFOs (2019), Onboard UFO Encounters (2020), Humanoid and High Strangeness (2023).
