Luis Elizondo

Luis Elizondo directed the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) at the Pentagon — the secret UAP research program that became public through media reports in 2017. He resigned in 2017 in protest over lack of transparency and became the most prominent UAP whistleblower in the US. At the Disclosure Forum 2026, he received the Disclosure Award from the Disclosure Foundation.
