Dylan Borland is a former US Air Force Geospatial Intelligence Analyst who in 2012 observed a black equilateral triangle with a golden plasma mantle at Langley Air Force Base. He filed a whistleblower report with ICIG and AARO in March 2023 and testified publicly for the first time before the House Committee on Oversight on September 9, 2025 (UAP Transparency Hearing). He reported a classified UAP program codenamed 'Rubik's Cube' and gained firsthand knowledge of crash recovery, reverse engineering, and a non-human pyramid-shaped power source.
