Dr. Artem Bilyk is a researcher at the Defense Intelligence Research Institute in Kyiv. Together with Dr. Kyrylo Nikolaiev, he documented six UAP cases from the Ukrainian war zone in 2023–2024. The cases were published in the CTX-EAG Special Issue Spring 2026 of the Naval Postgraduate School.
