Buzz Aldrin
NASA Astronaut · Apollo 11 · 2nd Human on the Moon · 1969
Lunar Module Pilot Apollo 11 — second human on the Moon. 1969 NASA debriefing now officially declassified in the Pentagon PURSUE Release (May 8, 2026): 3 separate anomaly observations: (1) 'Sizeable object' observed ~1 day before lunar approach with monocular, (2) Regular flashes of light in the darkened cabin over several nights, (3) 'Fairly bright light source' on the return flight — crew tentatively: possible laser. Aldrin later distanced himself from ET interpretations but confirmed the sightings.
