Karl Wolfe (Langley 1965) reported Lunar Orbiter photographs with domes and towers on the lunar far side; Donna Hare (NASA) reported alleged airbrushing. In this narrative, Apollo 11 commander Neil Armstrong is often attributed with a secret medical-channel quote about objects parked around a crater. The publicly accessible Apollo 11 technical transcription does not contain that wording; it is therefore not treated as an Armstrong fact but documented separately as an unsupported attributed quote. Wolfe's and Hare's accounts remain personal testimonies without independent confirmation.
