John Ramirez, former CIA officer with 25 years of experience in the Directorate of Science and Technology, Directorate of Intelligence, and ODNI, made a series of explosive statements starting in October 2021: (1) There is an alien-human hybrid breeding program. (2) 'We are all aliens in some sense — some of us have an amplification of alien DNA.' (3) The CIA has been tracking certain bloodlines with this enhanced DNA. (4) The Cherokee Nation is directly connected to survivors of Atlantis. (5) Aliens view us as their children who are failing as stewards of the planet. (6) Aliens will reveal themselves by 2027 — planned between ETs and humans. (7) The CIA gave Google its search engine and Google Maps servers in exchange for Google translating ET messages. (8) There are UAP programs bigger than AATIP. Ramirez is the only known CIA officer with a documented 25-year career to have made these specific claims publicly.
