Bashar Prophecy: Official ET First Contact 2027

Since 1987, the entity 'Bashar' (channeled through Darryl Anka) has consistently communicated a prophecy: 2026 is the year of 'disclosure' — not only of UAP information, but of long-hidden truths in all areas of life. 2027 is said to be the year of humanity's official, public first contact with extraterrestrial life. Bashar describes himself as a 'First Contact Specialist' of the Essassani civilization, whose task is to prepare humanity for this moment. The prophecy has been repeated in numerous public sessions, most recently in March 2026 on the Mayim Bialik podcast. Notably: several independent channelers and mediums have confirmed the same 2026/2027 timeline without mutual coordination. Kalshi prediction markets show elevated probabilities for UAP disclosure events before the end of 2027. CRITICAL CONTEXT: Prophecies are by definition not verifiable until the date is reached. Bashar has in the past also named other timeframes that did not come to pass. The prophecy is falsifiable: if no official ET first contact occurs by the end of 2027, it is debunked. Skeptics view the specificity of the prophecy as a marketing strategy for Bashar Communications.
