A U.S. Navy crew member described a 2020 UAP over the Atlantic as 'a darker, maroonish color, approximately 12–15 feet in height, like a large deformed balloon with narrower bits dangling beneath it.' The video matches the long-rumored 'floating brain' UAP type. First officially released in PURSUE Release 4.
