war.gov PURSUE Release 02 – Senior Intelligence Officer: Orange Orbs Chase Fighter Jets (2025)

A currently serving Senior US Intelligence Officer describes in a 116-page ODNI document a series of UAP encounters spanning more than one hour aboard a military helicopter (late 2025). Key statements: (1) 'In the distance, we saw countless orange orbs swarming in all directions against the backdrop of the mountain. The display lasted several minutes before fading.' (2) One object 'split into two and changed direction'. (3) Ground team via radio: 'the object had risen from the ground, approached within ten feet of the helicopter, dropped below us, and then sped away.' (4) Two large orbs flared up directly beside the helicopter – 'oval-shaped, orange with a white or yellow center, and emitted light in all directions.' (5) Those same orbs then began to 'chase' the fighter jets dispatched for identification. Conclusion: 'We were virtually speechless after these observations.'
