Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet (Ret.)

Tim Gallaudet is a retired Rear Admiral of the US Navy and former head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He is one of the highest-ranking military officials to publicly speak about UAPs.
