Credibility: NaN/10
Luis Daniel 'Lue' Elizondo is a former U.S. military intelligence officer and author. He studied microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami. From 1995 he served in the U.S. Army, later as a civilian intelligence officer in Afghanistan, South America, and Guantanamo Bay. From 2008 he worked at the Pentagon in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSDI). In 2009 he was recruited into the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), the secret Pentagon program for investigating UAP threats. In October 2017 he resigned in protest against 'excessive secrecy and internal resistance.' Immediately thereafter he handed over three Navy UAP videos (Tic-Tac, Gimbal, GoFast) to the New York Times, which led to the historic NYT disclosure on December 16, 2017. He joined the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences and became the most prominent figure of the modern UAP disclosure movement. Senator Harry Reid confirmed in writing in 2021 Elizondo's leadership role in AATIP. In November 2024 he testified before the House Oversight Subcommittee under oath: the U.S. government possesses UAP recovery material and extraterrestrial remains. NYT No. 1 bestselling author ('Imminent', 2024). Member of the Galileo Project.
