Joe McMoneagle
Remote Viewer #001 / CIA Project Stargate
Joseph McMoneagle (* 1946) was the first and most prominent remote viewer of the CIA program Project Stargate (1972–1995). As 'Remote Viewer #001' he completed over 450 documented sessions for U.S. intelligence agencies. He received the Legion of Merit for exceptional achievements in the field of intelligence. On the Shawn Ryan Show (Ep. 95, Feb. 2024) he described realities as 'a giant room full of bubbles' – each decision does not lead to the next bubble, but rather one jumps into an entirely different reality.
