Bashar ist die von Darryl Anka (ab 1983) gechannelte ET-Entität aus der Essassani-Zivilisation — einer Hybridspezies aus Menschheit und Greys, ca. 500 Lichtjahre entfernt. GALAKTISCHE FEDERATION / INTERSTELLAR ALLIANCE: Bashar bestätigt die Existenz einer 'Interstellar Alliance' mit 452 Mitgliedszivilisationen (Pleiadier, Sirius, Arcturus, Mantis, Tall Whites, alle Hybrids). Auf die Frage ob dies die 'Galaktische Föderation' sei: 'In some senses, yes. Although there is more than one Galactic Federation.' Die Erde ist noch kein Mitglied: 'Earth is one of the next ones to join.'
