BAASS: Self-Assessment of UAP Analysis Capabilities, 2010

The officially released sources DOW-UAP-D175 document BAASS’s self-description of personnel, sensors, data management, and ANSYS/finite-element modeling, including parameter studies using the Tic Tac example. Model calculations validate models under assumptions, not the assumptions themselves. The document identifies little hard data for the Tic Tac example and proves neither a real platform, NHI, nor reverse engineering.
