The officially released sources DOW-UAP-D106, DOW-UAP-PR130, DOW-UAP-PR131 document a partly redacted USCENTCOM mission report and two linked infrared stills. The report records periodic FMV observations and estimates of 80–180 mph and 1–2 m; the stills show areas of contrast. The official description says the visible trail may be consistent with compression or processing effects. The records establish neither object identity, actual form, objective speed, altitude, propulsion, NHI, nor exotic technology.
