DOCUMENTED: In 2002, the U.S. Department of Justice indicted Gary McKinnon on seven counts concerning alleged unauthorized access to and damage of 92 U.S. military, DoD, and NASA computers and six private computers. The release documents a 17-month investigation involving NASA’s Office of Inspector General, but no UAP, NHI, or space-program claim. McKinnon publicly acknowledged access; in 2012, the UK Home Secretary withdrew the extradition order because of a very high suicide risk in the context of Asperger’s syndrome and depressive illness. CLAIMED FINDINGS: In a 2005 Guardian interview, McKinnon said that he saw a list headed ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers’ and ‘fleet-to-fleet transfers’ in a U.S. Space Command context. He said this did not necessarily mean ‘little green men’ but might, in his view, be not Earth-based; he could not recall specific vessel names and conceded he had very little evidence. The interview separates this claim from his separate account of an alleged image at the Johnson Space Center. It establishes neither a NASA list of non-terrestrial soldiers nor an off-planet program, ‘Solar Warden,’ a craft, or image manipulation. 2026 SOURCE: The Facebook reel by ‘Unbelievable2230’ recirculates, referring to Bill Ryan, the Project Serpo story that twelve Americans were sent to another planet and two remained. It supplies no primary record, verifiable names, transfer data, or independent corroboration. CONGRUENCE ANALYSIS: Without a screenshot, forensic image, server log, independent witness, or NASA/DoD confirmation, the content claims cannot be independently tested. Repetition through Project Serpo or Facebook content creates no independent congruence and does not increase the evidence score.
