NORAD CLASSIFICATION: 'Fast Walkers' = objects that enter the atmosphere from space OR operate in the atmosphere at extreme speeds. NOT exclusively space objects. GEIPAN 2008 (France): Fast Walker report 1999 — 'no known atmospheric phenomenon, probably of artificial origin.' USDSP SATELLITE CASE 1984 (classic case): 35,400 km/h from space, 3 km past the satellite, 9 minutes of tracking, 300-page report — 'some kind of craft that can maneuver.' ATMOSPHERIC FAST WALKERS: ISS camera 2019 captured object at 'impossible' speed in the atmosphere. Radar operators regularly report high-speed contacts that briefly flash and disappear — in the atmosphere, not in space. Pentagon PR-49 (2023): 90° turns at 130 km/h — atmospheric Fast Walker behavior. Pentagon SWIR objects: visible only in infrared, moving with Fast Walker characteristics. EXPANSION: Fast Walker = category for any UAP that exhibits speeds NORAD cannot explain — regardless of whether in space, the atmosphere, or transmedial.
