· 📍 Edwards Air Force Base (formerly Muroc), California, USA
According to Command Sergeant Major Robert O. Dean (Ret.) and other witnesses, President Eisenhower allegedly had a secret encounter with non-human intelligences at Edwards AFB (then Muroc) on February 20, 1954. Two craft reportedly hovered over the runway for two days without landing; another group landed directly in front of the hangar. Among the invited witnesses was Archbishop James Francis McIntyre of Los Angeles — invited because the government felt religious representation was appropriate. McIntyre was instructed by intelligence officials to maintain absolute silence about the event. Gerald Light, another witness, wrote a letter in April 1954 confirming the event.
