SOURCE: Igor Witkowski (Polish military journalist) allegedly discovered classified interrogation transcripts of SS-Obergruppenführer Jakob Sporrenberg (senior SS rank) before a Polish war crimes tribunal in 1997. Sporrenberg: had 62 scientists/technicians shot and buried in a mass grave at the end of the war. DESCRIPTION: Bell-shaped, ~3m Ø × 4.5m tall. Two counter-rotating cylinders filled with a violet mercury-like substance 'Xerum 525' (radioactive). Additive: thorium and beryllium peroxides ('light metal'). EFFECTS upon activation: deaths within 150–200m, blood congeals in the circulatory system, organic tissue decomposes — 5 of 7 research team members died. Classification: 'War-decisive' — the highest known Nazi secrecy level. No other project known to carry this designation. AFTER THE WAR: Witkowski: a South American 'Nazi-friendly country'. Nick Cook (Jane's Defence): handover to the USA via SS General Hans Kammler. Joseph Farrell: identical to the Kecksburg object of 1965 (Cyrillic characters = Nazi runes?). CRITICISM: No independent corroboration. Witkowski's source anonymous. Primary critic: Robert Sheaffer — 'Classic example of an exciting yarn spun from almost nothing.' CONGRUENCE: SS Ahnenerbe (Ahnenerbe — 'ancestral heritage') was simultaneously conducting research into ancient Aryan traditions and Vimana texts.
