Bob Lazar: Claimed Archaeological Underwater Recovery of an S-4 Craft

The X post of 29 August 2026 combines Bob Lazar's personal S-4 narrative with the public USO debate and statements by Tim Gallaudet and Eric W. Davis. The directly checkable core source is *The Joe Rogan Experience* #2479 from April 2026. At about 00:51:34, Lazar said he had been told that the ‘Sport Model’ was an ‘archaeological recovery’ and that it was ‘underwater.’ This establishes only that Lazar made the claim in the interview. It does not establish a recovery, craft, site, age, custodian, or non-human origin. No publicly available primary source was secured for the June 2019 dating asserted in the X post. Gallaudet's 2024 congressional testimony documents his views on UAP/USOs and transparency, but not knowledge of an underwater recovery; in 2025 he also said he was not convinced the oceans had demonstrably been used as UAP hiding places.
