The officially released sources DOW-UAP-D110, DOW-UAP-D168, DOW-UAP-D170, DOW-UAP-D171 document the D110 Statement of Objectives plus BAASS program management and work status: D168 is a management plan; D170 and D171 document recruitment, MUFON triage, research, preliminary field reports, and still-open checks. Objectives, budget, “unknown” status, access requests, investigator notes, and preliminary reports are not findings about material, NHI, recovery, or cause. Planning, procurement, and work progress establish no result or technology finding.
