A video with no stated location shows multiple spherical objects entering and emerging from the water near a submarine (Unidentified Submerged Objects / USOs). The object surfaces from the ocean, hovers briefly, and then disappears. Context: Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs) are a phenomenon that has so far been barely documented. This video is one of the first officially declassified documents showing USO activity in the immediate vicinity of a U.S. military submarine.
